Loyalty Club

Opt-in to our Loyalty Club and every week you can get a Free Bonus Bet based on your bets for the previous week as follows:

• Stake 2,000 RWF – 10,000 RWF during the week and get a 100 RWF Free Bonus Bet
• Stake 10,000 RWF – 10,000 RWF during the week and get a 250 RWF Free Bonus Bet
• Stake 50,000 RWF – 100,000 RWF during the week and get a 5,000 RWF Free Bonus Bet
• Stake 100,000 RWF + during the week and get a 10,000 RWF Free Bonus Bet

Promotion Period

• The Loyalty club promotion will run till the 30th June 2023 23:59.
• Each promotional week will run from Monday 01:00 to Monday 00:59 the following week.
• Any bets placed or settled outside of the promotional week will not count towards the Free Bonus Bet issued on the following Monday.

Qualifying Bets

• You must opt-in to the Loyalty Club before placing your bets. Any bets placed before you opt-in will not count towards the weekly Free Bonus Bet reward.
• Qualifying bets on sportsbook only must have minimum odds of 2.00, if placing a combination bet the total odds must be equal to or greater than 2.00.
• Players that stake 2,000 RWF – 10,000 RWF during the week will get a 100 RWF Free Bonus Bet
• Players that stake 10,000 RWF – 50,000 RWF during the week will get a 500 RWF Free Bonus Bet
• Players that stake 50,000 RWF – 100,000 RWF during the week will get a 5,000 RWF Free Bonus Bet
• Players that stake 100,000 RWF 4+ during the week will get a 10,000 RWF Free Bonus Bet
• Free Bonus Bets will be credited on the Monday following the promotional week.
• Only cash wagers will qualify on bets which are settled within each promotional week (Free Bonus Bets or bonus wagers will not count).
• Cashed out or voided bets will not count towards this promotion.
• System bets will not count towards this promotion.

Free Bonus Bonus Bets

• Maximum of one Loyalty Club Free Sports bonus per player per week.
• The bonus amount must be wagered at least 1 times before it will be converted to real cash (i.e before you can withdraw). The bonus amount plus winnings will be held in the bonus wallet until the wagering requirements are met.
• For a bet to qualify towards the wagering requirements it must have a minimum of 3 selections, with minimum odds of 1.5 per selection, on any sports, pre-match and live. Any bets placed at lower odds will be taken from the balance but will not count towards wagering requirements. Please note that any additional selections must also have minimum odds of 1.50.
• In the interest of fair gaming, the maximum stake per bet that will contribute towards the wagering requirements is 5,500 RWF (any amount in a single bet that is over 5,500 RWF will not count towards the wagering requirements).
• The maximum amount of bonus funds that can be converted to cash once wagering requirements are met is 25 times your awarded bonus amount.
• You have 7 days to complete any wagering requirements. Any bonus funds not converted during this period will be removed from your account, and any remaining deposit funds will be returned to your cash wallet.
• Before any bonus can be withdrawn you must complete the wagering requirements. You can withdraw your real money funds at any time by surrendering your bonus and any subsequent winnings if wagering requirements have not been met.
• Only settled bets will count towards the wagering requirements. Cashed out or void bets will not count towards the wagering requirements.
• Odds boosts, cash back boosts and system bets will not count towards the wagering requirements.

General

• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
• When placing a wager, funds will be taken from the currently-available real money balance first and from the bonus balance second. Once a bonus is activated all qualifying wagers from the real money balance will count towards any wagering requirements.
• No minimal risk wagering or same match betting is allowed to contribute towards any part of this promotion, including bonus wagering requirements. Players deemed to be using minimal risk wagering tactics to redeem their bonuses risk having their bonuses and any subsequent winnings removed. In the interests of fair gaming, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting shall be considered irregular gaming.
• We reserve the right to void scores, or not pay out a prize, where all or part of the score results from any obvious error, mistake or technical fault (including incorrect game payouts) whether caused by a machine or human error in respect of any of the participating games.
• We reserve the right to withdraw and/or change these promotional terms and conditions at our sole discretion, and any decision with regard to the winnings offered.
• We may, at our sole discretion, exclude any customer from receiving selected promotions and any other promotions and offers.
